Custom Roofing is expanding, and we’re looking for a skilled, motivated, and professional Metal Division Foreman & Project Manager to help lead the next phase of our growth. If you take pride in your craft and want to shape the future of a metal division, this is your opportunity.
What You’ll Do:
• Install and fabricate high quality metal roofing and cap flashing
• Install metal on projects as well as supervise job sites and ensure projects are completed to top standards
• Train and mentor new and young apprentices entering the metal trade
• Maintain strong communication with customers and uphold our reputation for excellence
• Help develop and expand our metal division with leadership and expertise
What We’re Looking For:
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Pride in workmanship and craftsmanship
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to teach and guide apprentices
• Experience in metal roofing, fabrication, and flashing installation
