Field Operations Assistant (Seasonal – Part-Time)
Based in Thorold | June–September

Skrtich Living is hiring a part-time, seasonal Field Operations Assistant to support maintenance, cleaning, groundskeeping, and leasing activities across multiple properties. Ideal for students or those looking for hands-on experience.

What You’ll Do:
-Assist with maintenance, cleaning, and property upkeep
-Support inspections and unit prep
-Conduct property tours and interact with tenants

Requirements:
-Physically active (lifting, stairs, outdoor work)
-Positive attitude, reliable, and team-oriented
-Comfortable dealing with tenants/public
-Reliable transportation to Thorold required

Availability (Important):
-June–September (some flexibility in June/Sept)
-July & August require near open availability (Mon–Fri, occasional weekends)
-Applicants with major availability restrictions or multiple pre-booked vacations will not be a fit

Pay: $18–$20/hour retention bonus
