INDIAN CURRY LINE COOK:
-Strong knowledge of Indian curries, spices & masalas
-Experience preparing authentic Indian dishes from scratch Can prepare and cook Indian curries including gravies, tandoori items etc
-Tandoor experience is an asset and will be preferred
-Hard-working, focused & reliable
-Open availability (evenings & weekends)
-Prep work, cooking, and maintaining station
-Fast, clean, and reliable
-Comfortable working multiple roles (server, floor support, bar assist, etc.)
-Experience in Indian kitchen preferred
-Positive attitude and team spirit
