All Slope Roofing and Taylor Made Decks Ltd is looking for labourers. We are a Roofing and Decking company located in Kamloops, BC. We are seeking a self-motivated and reliable Labourer to join our team. With this role, you will assist with various roofing and decking projects, including shingle, flat, and metal roofing systems, as well as renovations of homes and all forms of deck builds from basic plywood/vinyl to complete timber frame deck builds.

Responsibilities:
• Assist with the installation and repair of roofing materials and systems.
• Carry and load materials, tools, and equipment to job sites.
• Follow safety and WorkSafe BC protocols while maintaining a clean and organized jobsite.
• Perform general labor tasks as directed by the Foreman and Lead Hands.

Qualifications:
• A valid driver’s license and abstract are required.
• Previous experience in construction, roofing, or decking is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work outdoors and in various weather conditions (hot and dry summer conditions and freezing winter temperatures).
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds, climb a ladder, and be comfortable wearing a harness and rope at heights.
• Ability to work as a team member.

Bonus if you are/have:
• Willingness to work out of town for more than 6 days (LOA and accommodations supplied).
• Experience in roofing, decking, or renovation.
• Own your own vehicle.
• First Aid Level I, II, or III certification.
• Fall Protection certification.
• Prior experience with hand tools, carpentry, or general construction work history.
