Key Responsibilities
• Clean and sanitize food truck surfaces, equipment, and utensils
• Wash dishes and maintain cleanliness during and after service
• Dispose of garbage and keep work areas organized
• Assist with basic food prep (e.g., washing ingredients, restocking supplies)
• Support team members during busy service periods
• Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements
• Previous cleaning or kitchen experience is an asset (not required)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and hygiene
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate loads
