The Real Tree Masters is looking for a hardworking and reliable Arborist Groundsman to join our crew. This is a physically demanding role that is essential to our daily operations and property cleanup.

Core Responsibilities
- Site Cleanup: Dragging brush, raking debris, and lifting logs to keep work zones clear.
- Equipment Operation: Safe operation of wood chippers, wheelbarrows, and power tools.
- Ground Support: Assisting climbers and bucket truck operators to ensure a safe and efficient job site.

Requirements
- Licensing: Must possess a valid DZ Driver’s License.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Safety Gear: Must provide your own CSA-approved work boots. (Gloves and safety glasses provided/required as needed).
- Attitude: Punctual, reliable, and ready to work in a team environment.
