HYDRO LANDS: The successful tenderer will receive an assignment of the existing lease, for agricultural purposes only, of the adjoining transmission line corridor, which bisects the property, subject to approval by Hydro One.

TERMS OF TENDER:

Sealed tenders, which need only identify the tendered price, contact information, and parcel for which the tender is being submitted, will be received by the undersigned until 4:30 p.m. on April 30, 2026, with the highest, or any tender, not necessarily accepted. No deposit is required with the tender, but the successful tenderer will be required to enter into an agreement of purchase and sale without conditions, except as to title, by May 8, 2026, and submit a deposit of $10,000.00 at that time. Transaction to close on or before May 22, 2026, with vacant possession on that date. The properties are being sold, in all respects, in an “as is” condition.
