I have an unfurnished room available for rent May 1st with the possibility of the room being available earlier, located in the Hazeldean area (South Central). Rent is $650, including all utilities and Internet. $300 security deposit. 3 month lease with the opportunity to extend if it's a good fit.

This is a two bedroom main floor suite with a large yard/garden area which is shared with the basement tenant. You will be sharing the suite with my senior dog (12 year old pitbull/boxer mix) and myself. Unfortunately, no other pets are allowed.
