Sovereign Fence is a growing fence construction company based in Edmonton, AB, and we're looking for an experienced, hard-working Foreman / Crew Leader to join our team. If you take pride in your craft, know fences inside and out, and aren't afraid to put in the work — we want to hear from you.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a full-time, hands-on leadership position. You'll be expected to take a project from start to finish — planning, installation, and quality control — while setting the standard for the crew around you. Expect to be asked about your knowledge of different fence styles and construction methods; we want someone who genuinely knows their stuff.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience in fence construction (this is a must)
- Ability to confidently build a fence from start to finish, independently
- Strong working knowledge of at least one fence style: wood, chain link, or vinyl
- Physically fit and ready to embrace hard, hands-on work — heavy lifting is part of the job and we need someone who sees that as a plus, not a downside
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

BONUS CONSIDERATION
Candidates who have their own truck and tools will have that factored into compensation negotiations — we recognize and reward self-sufficiency.

HOURS & SCHEDULE
This is a full-time position averaging 40 hours per week. A slower week may look like 25–30 hours; a busy season week can push 50–60. This is the nature of construction and we expect candidates to be comfortable with that reality.

COMPENSATION
Pay is negotiable and can be structured as:
- Results-based (per project completion), or
- Hourly with performance bonuses

We're willing to pay what the job is worth for the right person. Strong performance and quality work will always be recognized and compensated accordingly. We're not here to low-ball good people.
