Now Hiring: Grounds, Equipment & Maintenance Worker
We are currently looking to hire a reliable and hardworking individual for general maintenance of our grounds, buildings, and equipment.
Responsibilities include:
Operating tractor and farm machinery safely and efficiently
Maintaining grounds, buildings, and mechanical systems
Ensuring all areas are kept safe, clean, and well maintained
Performing minor repairs and general handyman work
Basic construction-type tasks such as drywall repair, tiling, framing, and building decks
Troubleshooting and fixing small issues as they arise
Carrying out other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
Experience operating tractors and farm equipment
Skilled in general handyman and basic construction work
Knowledge of drywall, tiling, carpentry, and deck building is an asset
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
