Summary
We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team at Sheraton in Canada. Based in Cambridge, this role is vital in ensuring our guests receive outstanding service and have a memorable stay. Join us in our mission to connect people through hospitality.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests warmly, providing exceptional customer service.
Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records using multi-line phone systems and front desk software.
Assist guests with information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Uphold hotel standards of safety and hospitality.
Perform the night audit and compile the reports for management
Qualifications
Proven experience in hotel front desk or guest services roles.
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Strong customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
Knowledge of hotel management software and multi-line phone systems.
Previous experience working in a multicultural environment is preferred.
Flexibility to work various shifts including nights as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is advantageous.
