-Ability to work in a team environment
-Physically capable of demanding work (lifting up to 50 lbs)
-Strong communication skills
-Ability to safely operate equipment (training provided)
-Professional, respectful attitude
-Ability to think on your feet and solve problems
-Reliable, punctual, and dependable
-Able to work independently with minimal supervision
-Valid driver’s license (an asset)
-Criminal record check and driver’s abstract (if applicable)
-Landscaping experience (an asset, but not required)
