We are seeking a full-time dedicated handyman to join our team in the GTA, where they will oversee maintenance for residential buildings. This position is ideal for a semi-retired individual looking for a rewarding opportunity.
Responsibilities:
-Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to minor plumbing, minor electrical, wall painting and plaster repair and general repairs to ensure smooth operation of the buildings.
-Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address issues promptly to maintain a high standard of living for residents.
-Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks effectively to minimize disruptions.
-Collaborate with the team to coordinate maintenance activities to ensure resident satisfaction.
Requirements:
-Proven experience in maintenance with skills in minor plumbing, minor electrical, wall repair and plaster, painting and various general repairs.
-Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
-Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently.
