Great family trailer. kids have outgrown and are no longer interested in camping much. dry weight of 3230 LBS. Can be towed with a standard SUV. We towed comfortably with a Nissan Pathfinder. has 1 queen bed pull out, 1 double bed pull out, and the table and couch pull down into beds as well. comfortably sleeps 6. tons of storage. roof was re-sealed 2 years ago. Everything works... including air conditioner, heater, toilet, shower, all lights, water pump, hot water heater, stove, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer. Awning could use replacing... it is still functional but not the prettiest, although we never had any issues and it kept us dry when camping in the rain. NOTE: one bed has been rebuilt. when we purchased the trailer it was water damaged so it has been taken apart, re-insulated and restored to workable condition. since repairing the bed the trailer has not had an issue with water in the 4 years we have owned it. one small hole in the canvas of the queen bed but it has been patched. other than that the trailer is in fantastic shape and great working order. please text 250-515-3030 for viewing or reply to the ad.
