Our company operates in two areas: installing real estate signs and property maintenance services to residential/commercial properties. Wage starting at $20/hr to commensurate with experience with up to 37.7hrs per week.
Duties:
The sign installation activities include but not limited to Installation or removal of posts & signage.
The property maintenance activities include but not limited to mowing, edging and weeding.
Physical Demands:
• Combination of Sitting & Bending.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Majority of work is performed outside in a variety of weather conditions.
Qualifications:
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
• Clear Criminal Record.
• Ability to use technology – email, cell phone and basic computer skills.
Conditions of Employment
• This a seasonal position (April to October).
• Legally entitled to work in Canada.
• English requirement – minimum 50% (read & write).
