We are looking for a Admin & Immigration assistant with experience ( Preferred ) in Immigration to assist with citizenship and immigration applications covering Canadian temporary residence applications, Canadian permanent residence applications and preparing alternate citizenship applications. Candidate with some knowledge or previous experience in digital marketing will be preferred. The successful candidate will meet the following criteria for success in this role:
Responsibilities:
Processing and Support Functions
Assisting the Lead Consultant in processing applications
Researching the processes and requirements for different types of applications
Preparing the application forms working closely with the clients
Preparing support letters and both basic and complex submission and sending the compiled packages to various government agencies (e.g., Service Canada, Immigration, Refugees & Citizenship Canada, etc.)
Preparing invitation letters and statutory declarations
Client Communication
Providing assistance in the client in-take process and respond to both basic and complex client inquiries by e-mail and/or telephone to ensure that applications are processed and any obstacles are anticipated and dealt with.
Office Administration
Performing various administrative duties including, among other duties organizing and managing files including tracking dates, doing spreadsheets, photocopying/faxing submission packages.
Other adhoc duties
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent writing abilities
Strong attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
Ability to work in a fast-paced.
Employment Type

Salary: negotiable
Supplemental pay types: Commission pay
