JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking to hire a skilled and reliable HVAC Technician or Journeyman to join our SMALL team in Edmonton. Preferably a second-year apprentice to a Journeyman with a valid license. The ideal candidate will install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems on various residential properties and some light commercial projects. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, technical knowledge, and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently. The HVAC Technician will ensure optimal operation of HVAC equipment, contributing to customer comfort and safety and satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete annual maintenance visits for Furnaces and Air Conditioners
• Ability to diagnose and repair HVAC equipment for residential and some commercial sites
• Ability to install or assist with residential gas furnace retrofitting
• Ability to install or assist with residential Air Conditioning installations
• Ability to install or assist in replacing hot water systems
• Ensure all installed equipment has been tested and is fully operational upon completion
• Ability to troubleshoot technical HVAC issues
• Provide excellent customer service to our customers
• Adhere to industry protocols and comply with all safety measures

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to arrive at work on time
• Looking for HVAC technicians with experience ranging from 2nd year to Journeyman level
• Must be able to work independently when required
• Relevant certifications or licenses are preferred but not mandatory

Base pay ranges from $22/hr to $40.

This is a part time to full time position depending on seasonal demands. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, team spirit, and a "can-do" attitude to join our small company.
