Position 1: Landscape Team Lead (1 Position)

Role Overview:
You will be responsible for leading landscaping projects from start to finish, managing a small crew, and ensuring all work meets company standards.

Scope of Work Includes:
• Sod installation
• Garden bed installation, planting, and design
• Irrigation and sprinkler systems
• Interlock, stone, and paver installations
• Artificial turf installations
• Mulching and edging
• General landscape construction tasks

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a team lead or running your own jobs
• Strong knowledge of landscaping and installation processes
• Ability to lead a crew and manage job sites efficiently
• Valid Ontario G driver’s license (required)
• Ability to operate landscaping tools and equipment safely
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Preferred:
• Experience with interlock and hardscaping
• Experience with irrigation systems
• Ability to problem solve on-site

Position 2: Landscape Helpers (2 Positions)

Role Overview:
You will assist with landscaping and lawn care services, working closely with the team lead on a variety of projects.

Scope of Work Includes:
• Assisting with sod installation and planting
• Mulching, edging, and garden bed prep
• Lawn care services (mowing, trimming, blowing)
• Seasonal cleanups
• Fertilizing, seeding, and general property maintenance
• Loading/unloading materials and site cleanup

Requirements:
• Some landscaping or outdoor work experience preferred
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various conditions
• Reliable and punctual
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
