We are currently looking for experienced subcontractors to join our team for foundation waterproofing projects on new home buildings.


Scope of Work Includes:

Grinding and surface preparation

Patching and mudding

Painting and sealing

Texture spraying

Waterproofing application on top of foundation surfaces


Requirements:

Experience with mudding, painting, and surface finishing

Ability to operate grinding and spray equipment

Own tools and transportation preferred

Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

SCOT

WHMIS -preferred
