Commercial Leasing & Sales Coordinator

This full-time position offers a Monday to Friday schedule in a small, friendly office setting, along with:

Key Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and manage advertising strategies for commercial and industrial yard and building space
• Prepare, administer, and maintain all leasing documentation, including new agreements, renewals, and insurance certificates
• Conduct on-site meetings with prospective and existing tenants to review available and occupied rental spaces
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date site schematics, clearly identifying tenant-designated areas
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor market trends and comparable rates to optimize pricing, maximize occupancy, and drive revenue growth
• Manage sales of precast and recycled concrete products, including client consultation and order processing
• Coordinate with customers and internal logistics teams to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products
• Prepare and process all required shipping and supporting documentation

Qualifications & Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, within the construction or real estate industry
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel) and strong overall computer literacy
• Demonstrated ability to manage digital files, systems, and workflows with a high level of organization and accuracy
• Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, self-directed work environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive, professional, and team-oriented approach
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Simply Accounting, or Sage is considered an asset

This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual with strong computer proficiency. Candidates who are not comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and maintaining structured digital systems will not be a good fit for this position.
