Job description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Hose Technician to join our team. Lethbridge Hydraulics is a fast paced, customer focused growing business serving southern Alberta and surrounding areas. We are looking for a team player that enjoys a challenge and wants to learn while being part of a team orientated environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assembly and Repair: Assemble and repair hydraulic and industrial hoses to specifications and industry standards. This includes measuring, cutting, attaching fittings and crimping to ensure proper functionality.
Customer Support: Engage with customers to understand what they need, recommend/trouble-shoot solutions and ensure satisfaction with services provided.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed and communicate with invoicing team for accuracy in billing.
Work Area: Maintain and inspect work area and equipment for safe and optimal work flow.
Safety: Always strive to work safely and in accordance with company policy and procedures.
Inventory: Track, communicate and manage inventory levels with management.
General: Other shop duties as needed or assigned
Qualifications
Previous experience is a requirement.
Ability to interpret customers' requirements.
Ability to lift 60lbs.
Excellent attention to details is a must.
Forklift operation is an asset
