WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Lead a 3–5 person residential metal roofing crew
• Manage daily site operations, quality, and safety
• Coach and develop junior roofers
• Coordinate with scheduling and clients

WHAT WE NEED:
• 3 years roofing or carpentry experience
• Crew leadership experience (or ready to step up)
• Strong work ethic and great attitude
• Working at Heights cert (or willing to get it)
• Valid driver's license
