You would have your own bedroom and shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. But also a lot of privacy. Im away most weekends and some weeknights and work during the day.

I do have 2 cats, so im looking for someone that will love them as much as I do.

The apartment is a 10 minute walk to the Moncton Hospital. It is a secure building and you will have to be approved by the property building owner by completing an application for approval. They do complete a credit check.

There is a walking trail beside the building if you enjoy a peaceful walk in your spare time.
Parking on site, heat, lights, internet, cable included $650/month. Laundry on the same level in the building. Available may 1st.
