The Role
This is a physically demanding position that requires stamina and a strong work ethic. You will be responsible for the manual movement of materials and equipment across various project sites.
• Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour
• Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Note: Shifts may end earlier depending on the daily workload—you get home sooner when the team crushes the goal!).
• Location: Various outdoor sites across the GTA.
Requirements
• Physical Strength: Ability to perform continuous heavy lifting of up to 50 lbs throughout the day.
• Reliability: Consistent punctuality is a must.
• Safety Mindset: Ability to follow safety protocols and wear required PPE (Steel-toed boots AND safety Vest/Straps are mandatory).
• Communication: Ability to follow verbal instructions and work well with a crew.
