Interior Foreman – High-Rise Drywall & Framing (Calgary)
Description
Cullum Group is hiring an experienced Interior Foreman to lead drywall and steel stud framing on high-rise residential projects in Calgary.
This role is focused on production. You will be responsible for keeping floors moving, maintaining output, and driving consistent progress across multiple levels.
This is not a babysitting role.
We are looking for someone who can run interior production with minimal oversight and keep crews working efficiently.
Project Scope:
Multi-floor high-rise interior work
Steel stud framing and drywall installation
Repetitive floor layouts and production cycles
Key Responsibilities:
Lead interior framing and boarding crews
Maintain consistent floor-to-floor production
Plan daily and weekly work to keep momentum
Read drawings and ensure layout accuracy
Manage quality, deficiencies, and rework
Coordinate with site supervision and other trades
What We’re Looking For:
Strong experience in steel stud framing and drywall
Experience on multi-floor or high-rise projects
Ability to manage crews and drive production
Strong understanding of sequencing and workflow
Proven ability to keep jobs moving without constant direction
