We’re Hiring – Part-Time Production Assistant (Local)

Niagara Falls South area (close to bus routes)

$21–$23/hour (based on experience)
Bi-weekly pay
⏰ Starting at 3–6 hours/week with flexible scheduling (daytime preferred)
Expected growth to 12–20 hours/week as training on additional aspects happens

Custom Caps Canada is a busy online-only custom apparel and products business operated full-time from our home workspace. We’re growing our print services and looking for the right person to start now, learn the systems, and grow with us into a larger long-term part-time role.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Operating and maintaining XTool DTF printers
• Running flat heat press and cap heat press equipment
• Following production schedules and completing jobs accurately
• Basic file handling / production prep (minimal graphics work required)

Additional Duties / Overflow Support:
• Packing customer orders
• Inventory management
• Garment cleanup / finishing
• Assisting our embroidery department as needed
• Keeping work areas clean, organized, and efficient

No sales or customer-facing work required.

⭐ Bonus If You Have:
• Printing / apparel decoration experience
• Heat press experience
• Production, warehouse, or embroidery experience
• Basic computer skills
