The Role
As a Team Member, you are the face of our shop. You’ll be responsible for crafting the perfect pretzel and ensuring every guest has a great experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Preparation: Hand-rolling, twisting, and baking pretzels to perfection following our proven recipes.
• Guest Service: Greeting customers, taking orders accurately, and providing fast, friendly service.
• Maintenance: Keeping the store clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout your shift.
• Point of Sale: Handling transactions and cash accurately using our POS system.
• Teamwork: Supporting your colleagues and supervisor to keep operations running smoothly during busy mall hours.

• Reliability: You are punctual and dependable for all scheduled full-time shifts.
• Communication: Friendly, professional, and comfortable talking to guests.
• Energy: You enjoy staying active and can handle the "rush" of a popular mall location.
• Detail-Oriented: You care about the little things—from the perfect amount of salt to a spotless counter.
• Experience: Previous retail or food service experience & Food Handler Certificate an asset, but we are happy to train the right candidate with a great attitude!
