We are seeking a self-motivated Sales Representative to sell commercial roof restoration and waterproofing systems. This is a 100% commission-based role with high earning potential for the right candidate.

*Responsibilities*
- Generate qualifyed leads for commercial roof restoration and waterproofing projects
- Conduct site visits and present solutions to property managers, facility managers, and building owners
- Prepare and close proposals with support from our technical team
- Maintain client relationships from initial contact through project completion

*Requirements*
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Proven sales experience, preferably in roofing, construction, or B2B services
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Self-starter able to work independently and manage own territory

*Compensation*
- 100% commission with uncapped earning potential
- Commission paid on closed projects
- Product training and technical support provided
