Requirements:
• Experience in vegetarian South Indian / North Indian cooking preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook dishes with consistency and quality
• Maintain cleanliness and kitchen organization
• Assist with prep and inventory
• Follow recipes and presentation standards
