MacDonald & McEwen Towers is seeking a full-time, live-in Maintenance Contractor to oversee the maintenance of the properties located at 2309/2311 McEown Avenue. Responsibilities include general maintenance, safety inspections, and all other required inspections to ensure the proper upkeep of the property.

Qualifications
• Previous maintenance experience with Commercial/Residential buildings required.
• Some knowledge and experience in carpentry and associated power tools
• Ability to complete cleaning, minor plumbing, drywall, patching and painting
• Organizational and time management skills in a busy environment
• Work independently or in team environment
• Able to adapt to daily changes and tackle new challenges
• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with tenants, staff, vendors and various trade contractors.
• Ability to express ideas and concepts effectively in oral and written form
• Good Time Management
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License that reflects a safe driving record— a Driver’s Abstract is required (no older than 3 Months)
• Criminal Records Check Required (no older than 6 Months)
• Working knowledge of computers/windows is an asset
