We are currently seeking an experienced Injection Molding Set-Up Operator to join our client’s team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong technical skills and hands-on experience in plastic manufacturing.

Pay Rate is $25.00
Shift time is 8:00am – 4:30pm

Job Responsibilities:
• Set up, start, operate, and shut down injection molding machines
• Perform mold changes and set up auxiliary equipment
• Monitor and adjust machine settings (temperature, pressure, cycle times)
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Troubleshoot minor machine and process issues
• Manage raw materials, including mixing resins and colorants
• Maintain accurate production records
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
• Previous experience operating and setting up injection molding machines
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• High attention to detail and quality control
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Knowledge of safety standards and PPE requirements
