Hi, we are a small family looking for a house to rent in St. Catharines so we can be closer to our mother and have a more affordable living situation.

It would be for 3 people:

* Me
* My sister
* My niece

We currently both rent separately, but the cost of living is very high, so we are hoping to combine our incomes and rent one home together for a better quality of life.

A little about us:

* I am currently in dental school
* I work part-time as a dental assistant, earning $34–$35/hour, usually twice a week
* I also do Uber deliveries on the side
* I receive OSAP for living expenses while in school
* My sister receives Ontario Works
* My niece receives Ontario Disability
* We also have our mother as a co-signer

We have multiple sources of income in the household and are looking for a clean, safe, and comfortable home in a good area.

We are responsible, serious, and looking for a place we can call home.
