The Role

We are looking for 2-3 gritty, high-energy Appointment Setters who aren't afraid of the phone. You won't be selling "fluff." You’ll be calling trade business owners (Roofing, Excavation, Septic) to offer them a marketing service.

You are the perfect fit if:

• You have a "thick skin" and can handle a busy contractor telling you they're busy.

• You can deliver a script with a wink and a smile in your voice.

• You want to stop trading hours for dollars and start building a portfolio of recurring income.

What You’ll Be Doing

• 100% Cold Calling: We provide the leads. You don't have to scrape, search, or guess. Just dial.

• The "Spam-Shield" Pitch: You’ll use our self-aware, funny script to show business owners how to stop being "phone slaves" to telemarketers (like us) and only talk to real customers.

• The Goal: Book qualified discovery calls.

The Pay: The

"TradeRise Snowball"

We pay purely on results because we want partners, not employees.

1. Acquisition Bonus: $250 for every appointment you set that turns into a closed sale.

2. Monthly Residuals: You earn 10% of the client’s monthly retainer for as long as they stay with us.

3. The Math: If you set 4 deals a month, by month 6, your residuals alone could cover your rent while your new bonuses are pure profit. We want you to build a paycheck that pays you even on your days off.
Requirements

• Near-Native English: Your tonality is your greatest weapon. You must sound confident and professional.

• Hardware: A professional headset and a stable, high-speed internet connection are mandatory.

• The Hustle: You set your own hours, but we expect a consistent daily "dial-rhythm" to keep your pipeline full.
