3 or more bedroom house or townhouse 1.5 or more bathrooms in
Calgary for
May 1 or sooner,
with a preference for a basement or garage.

Our budget is up to $2,200/month.

• Stable, reliable monthly income
• Able to pay rent consistently and on time
• Non-smokers inside the home
• One small, well-behaved dog (6 lb Yorkiepoo )

We understand our credit is not perfect, but what we offer instead is:
