Position Overview

We are currently hiring Landscape Laborers and Maintenance Laborers to join our team. This role involves hands-on outdoor work, supporting landscaping projects and ongoing property maintenance for residential and commercial clients.

Responsibilities

Landscape Laborers:

-Assist with installation of sod, plants, trees, and garden beds
-Perform hardscape tasks (pavers, patios, edging, etc.)
-Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment
-Load/unload materials and maintain a clean job site

Maintenance Laborers:

-Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and cleanup
-Seasonal duties (spring/fall cleanups, snow removal if applicable)
-Weed control, pruning, and general property upkeep
-Ensure properties are consistently neat and well-maintained
Requirements
-Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in various weather conditions
-Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
-Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license
-Previous landscaping or labor experience is an asset, but not required (training provided)
