Entercan is a trusted financial services firm specializing in payroll, tax, and accounting solutions for individuals and businesses across Canada. We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented college students who are passionate about the legal, financial, and accounting field and are looking to gain practical, hands-on experience.
This internship offers an excellent opportunity to learn how financial and compliance matters are handled in a professional environment, build your skills in documentation and client communication, and gain real insight into payroll processing, tax preparation, and accounting operations.
International students are welcome!
Responsibilities:
Assist with preparing and organizing client financial files (payroll, tax, and accounting records)
Support with basic bookkeeping, payroll data entry, and document review
Conduct research on Canadian tax regulations, payroll compliance, and financial policies
Assist with preparing tax documents and supporting accountants during tax season
Communicate with clients via email or phone under supervision
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information responsibly
Perform general administrative and office duties as needed
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a college or university program (Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field preferred)
Available to work/volunteer at least 3 days per week
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic understanding of accounting or willingness to learn
Reliable, professional, and eager to grow in the financial field
