Longawaited Acres / Lach Sod Farms is a family run business operating since 1955. We are the premier mineral sod supplier for Winnipeg & area, serving both the commercial & residential customers.

We are currently accepting applications for the following position: General Farm Labourer

JOB PROFILE: Reporting to the Farm Manager, the farm labourer is responsible for carrying out day to day tasks in the fields.

The job includes but shall not be restricted to:

-Operating tractors, forklift, mower, other motorized equipment
-Assisting truck drivers with load/unload
-Pallet stacking, repair & pick-up
-Field clean-up
-Customer service

On-job training will be provided - no experience required

Candidates must have their own transportation. We are located 30 minutes north of the Perimeter HWY, in-between Stonewall & Balmoral on Road 84N

Status: Seasonal Full Time (Start ASAP- End Early November)

Wage is dependent upon experience & qualifications, starting wage is between $18.00-$22.00/hour
