About Us:
The Atlas Group is a client-focused real estate team based in the Tri-Cities, serving buyers and sellers across the Lower Mainland. We're growing and looking for a motivated Buyer's Agent to join our team.


The Role:
As a Buyer's Agent, you'll work directly with Liam Thomas and Angelo Manousiadis to:

- Support active transactions – Assist with showings, client communication, and deal coordination on our current transactions.
- Learn the business – Get hands-on mentorship in negotiations, contracts, market analysis, and client management
- Work provided leads – We provide access to leads so you can focus on closing deals rather than prospecting from scratch

This is a great fit if you're newer to real estate or looking to grow without building everything from the ground up.


What We're Looking For:
- Active real estate license in BC (or in progress)
- Strong communication skills and genuine interest in helping clients
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and take direction


Responsibilities:
- Execute compelling open houses, employing targeted marketing and communication to achieve broad audience exposure.
- Strategically network and market to continuously generate new client leads, utilizing platforms like social media and real estate websites.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, with primary duties including timely client follow-ups, email correspondence, and accurate prospect tracking.
