We have approximately 35,000 sq ft of established, irrigated U-pick/market garden space available on our property just south of St. Norbert near the South Perimeter. The land is in excellent condition and has been consistently maintained, including regular tilling and upkeep. Irrigation is fully in place and ready to go.

Due to time constraints this season, we’re looking to partner with an experienced grower or small-scale producer who would be interested in leasing the space or entering into a revenue-share arrangement.

What’s included:

* ~35,000 sq ft productive growing space
* Established irrigation system
* Well-maintained soil and growing area
* Access to water and agreed-upon farm infrastructure

Open to:

* Seasonal lease, or
* Revenue-share partnership (flexible depending on experience and inputs)

We are not planning to actively run the U-pick this season, but would love to see the space used well by someone with the time and experience to manage it.

Ideal fit:

* Experience with market gardens, CSA production, or small-scale farming
* Able to manage planting, maintenance, and harvest (and sales if applicable)
* Organized, reliable, and communicative
* References from previous land use or farming experience
