Job Title: Property Maintenance Technician
Job Type: Seasonal, Part-Time
Compensation: $19/hour
Location: South Georgian Bay, In-Person

Job Description:
The property maintenance technician is responsible for performing property maintenance services including:
• Window cleaning
• Eavestrough cleaning
• Power washing and sealing
• Siding cleaning
• Lawn mowing and trimming
• Brush clean-up
• And similar building and ground maintenance activities
This position requires a comfort with heights, the ability to work outdoors in varying conditions for extended periods of time, attention to detail, and the ability to work well with others.
Work begins the last week of April and ends the first week of October.
Work days are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday for 8-10 hours per day.

Job Responsibilities:
• Perform window cleaning for both commercial and residential properties, ensuring all glass surfaces are streak-free and spotless.
• Perform lawn care tasks that result in a tidy and well-kept lawn.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for cleaning and maintenance tasks, including squeegees, scrapers, sanders, pressure washers, lawn mowers, and trimmers.
• Conduct routine inspections of windows and surrounding areas to identify any maintenance needs or errors.
• Manage time efficiently to complete jobs within scheduled timeframes while maintaining quality standards.
• Assist with heavy lifting as necessary when moving equipment or accessing hard-to-reach areas.
• Maintain the cleanliness of work areas and ensure all equipment is properly put away after use.
• Report to the general manager.
• Follow safety procedures.
• Communicate professionally with customers on-site.
• Wear the uniform (branded t-shirt or long sleeve provided to you) at job sites.

Requirements
• Comfortable working at heights (ladders are required)
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions

Experience in window cleaning and property maintenance is an asset but is not required – paid training is provided.
A driver’s licence is an asset but not required.
