Heavy Zone LTD has 2 open positions to fill in (1 labour and 1 equipment operator).
We specialize in groundwork during summer time and snow removal during winter time - full time positions all year long.
Both full-time position with competitive pay.
Equipment operator position - must have experience in backfills, pregrades, roughgrades, finalgrades and landscaping and what's most important is to operate Bobcat S70 for most of the time in very tight spaces between houses without making any damages. Hourly rate between $25-$30 depending on experience.
Labour position - mostly shoveling, raking and sweeping sidewalks and driveways, ability to wheelbarrow and transferring measurements on grading stakes and running string lines. Hourly rate between $20-$25 depending on experience.
Minimum of 8 Hours from Monday to Friday depending on the weather but possibility to work evenings and weekends as well (most of the time we start 9am on site). Knowledge of driving truck with trailer hauling equipment would be a plus but we'd require valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Most of our projects are located in Edmonton but we'll have some work in surrounding areas as well.
