I need CHEAP car mechanical inspection. But my side window broke

The side window is on driver side behind me.. It does NOT affect my visibility at all. And I just covered it with polyethylene to keep the rain out.

and I have a few cracks on my windshield too but nothing obstructing visibility.

What do I need to get this vehicle passed? EVERYTHING else runs great. Brakes are perfect. Lights all work perfect. Steering is tight.

Does anyone know a shady mechanic who will pass it? We can take it for a test ride and I'll show the mechanic that it's safe.
