Hi-Tech Paving & Contracting Inc. is a parking lot maintenance company serving commercial and industrial clients across the Greater Toronto Area.

We specialize in asphalt repairs, pothole patching, crack filler, concrete repairs, sealcoating, and general site maintenance. Our focus is quality workmanship, safety, and long-term client relationships.

Who We’re Looking For:

We are seeking an experienced asphalt and concrete labourer with a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate is dependable, hands-on, and takes pride in their work. This individual shows up ready to contribute, follows direction, works safely, and maintains a high standard of productivity and quality on every job


Responsibilities:
Perform hands-on asphalt and concrete work as required
Follow direction from senior members and contribute to efficient job completion
Maintain a strong work ethic and consistently meet productivity expectations
Work safely at all times and follow company standards and procedures
Keep the jobsite clean, organized, and professional
Communicate any issues or concerns to the management team

Requirements:
-Minimum 3 years in asphalt paving and/or concrete construction (experience in both strongly preferred)
-Minimum 2 years of experience operating a skid-steer and raking
-Experience operating asphalt crack routing equipment (router) for crack repair would be an asset.
-Valid Class G driver’s licence (required).
Strong ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
-Able to safely perform physically demanding tasks including lifting materials, operating equipment, and working extended hours when required
-Calm under pressure, dependable, and safety-conscious a must.
-Positive, solutions-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic required
-Availability to work weekdays, weekends, overtime as required, and occasional out-of-town projects
-Ability to start work early mornings (typically 5:30-6:00 AM depending on project location)
