We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented independent contractor to perform turnover cleanings for short-term rental properties. You will be responsible for preparing units between guest stays, ensuring each property meets high cleanliness standards and is guest-ready on time.

Responsibilities:

- Clean and sanitize all rooms, bathrooms, and kitchens between guest check-outs and check-ins
- Change and launder bed linens and towels
- Restock supplies (toiletries, paper products, etc.) as directed
- Report any damages, maintenance issues, or missing items
- Ensure the property is staged and photo-ready before each guest arrival
- Complete jobs within the scheduled turnover window

Requirements:

- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to reach properties
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Smartphone with the ability to receive job notifications and updates
