Urgent hiring for Forklift Operator (Counter Balance)

Location: North York, ON
Shift Timings: Mon to Fri
9 AM to 5 PM


Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment according to specifications.
Preparing shipping documents, labeling packages, and loading them onto delivery vehicles.
Ensuring the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe by following safety procedures and guidelines. Dispose of leftover packing materials such as wooden crates, pallets and cardboard.
Operating the counterbalance, pallet jacks, winch and other machinery safely and efficiently.
Coordinating with colleagues and supervisors to streamline operations and resolve issues.
Conducting quality checks to ensure that products meet company standards before shipping.
Documenting any discrepancies or issues with inventory or shipments and reporting them to supervisors.
Other duties as assigned.
Assets
2-3 years’ experience working as a warehouse associate
2 years’ experience operating the counterbalance—certification
Experienced in preparing shipping documentation
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Team player, good attention to detail
Able to perform other warehouse duties – not just operating the forklift
