Looking for an individual in the Edmonton area who would like to work 3-4 days a week (Monday-Friday) residential framing:
Frost wall & basement stairwell framing. Deck framing. All 2x8 joist and beam. 5/4 topper and wood railing ( no stairs).

ISO experienced framer to frame basements and decks for production builders in Edmonton and surrounding areas.

Scope of work:
Frostwalls. 24” oc. 130 - 160 lineal feet of walls is typical. Support stairs / build stairwell walls, handrail backing.
Decks are mostly 100sqft or less. Post and beam. Joist 16” oc. 5/4 topper. Wood railing with wood spindles. Screws and hangers supplied for decks.
All new construction. Edmonton and area.

Must have own tools, transportation, and WCB. Must have experience framing and an ability to work independently. Pay by the lineal foot on basements and by the sqft on decks by PO. PO’s are paid weekly.
