Features
Shredding machine main body:
All steel body the main body of the equipment adopts Q plate welding stress elimination treatment/overall machining, so that the machine stably operates in the long-term heavy load state.

Moving knife/fixed knife:
The moving knife material is made of alloy tool steel and processed through forging, precision machining, multiple heat treatment and cryogenic heat treatment technology. The overall toughness and hardness can be reused to ensure the cutting performance and service life. The fixed tool adopts hook type installation, which optimizes the tool replacement function and makes the tool maintenance and replacement excellent.



Motor reducer:

Destruction of product documents: plastic mobile phone,PBC circuit board, documents, unqualified products,expired drugs, plastic parts;

Waste treatment: medical waste, organic waste, hazardous solid waste; metal waste, aluminum waste.

Note
A.Each time the material is placed, it should not exceed 20-30 cubic decimeters (0.02-0.03 cubic meters) and should not exceed one third of the hopper not fill the hopper with materials at once.

B.The material should be placed once at the interval of about one minute to avoid jamming due to the excessively high speed of material placement.

C.If the machine gets stuck due to excessive material placement, immediately reverse the machine for a few revolutions and turn it forward again (black button). Do not feed until the machine is running normally.

D.Check the lubricating oil in the reducer every month to ensure that the lubricating oil is in the position of the oil window (as shown in the figure).

E.Inject appropriate amount of lubricating oil into the nozzle of the four bearing seats every week.

F.When the machine is not in use, it should be turned on to idle for a few minutes every few days, (positive and negative alternately) so that the residue can be cleaned away as soon as possible.
