About the Role
Wards Towing is expanding our fleet and looking for a skilled, reliable, and professional Tow Truck Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for operating our wrecker, handling vehicle recoveries, responding to dispatch calls, and providing excellent roadside assistance to our community.

Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Experience: Prefer 3 years verifiable commercial driving experience

Licensing: Must possess a valid Ontario Tow License (Provincial Towing Certificate).

Driving Record: A clean driver’s abstract and CVOR.

Skills: Strong understanding of towing safety protocols, rigging, and securement techniques.

Customer Service: Professional demeanor with the ability to handle high-stress situations and assist stranded motorists with empathy and respect.

Physical Ability: Capable of performing the physical demands of the job in various weather conditions.
