Landscape Construction Lead Hand – Hiring Now

START AS SOON AS APRIL 23rd, 2026!

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Landscape Construction Lead Hand to join our growing team. Our work is primarily based in Toronto, with consistent projects throughout the season.

Pay:

* Starting at $19 /hour for labourers, based on experience and skill

* Higher pay available for experienced lead hands

Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years of experience in landscape construction
* Valid G2 or G driver’s license (required)
* Own vehicle is an asset
* Strong knowledge of landscape construction tools and equipment
* Ability to lead by example and support crew on-site
* Must be willing to learn and grow
* Proficient in English communication
* Spanish is a plus

Job Duties:

* Assist in and oversee tasks such as interlocking, grading, and general hardscaping
* Operate and maintain tools and equipment
* Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
* Maintain a clean and safe job site
