Position Type: Seasonal, Full-Time
Schedule: on-call weekend; day shifts
Compensation: $17.60 per hour
Hours: 40-80 hours per week
Location: Wilsonville, Ontario

Job Description:
No prior experience or formal education is required; however, candidates must be physically fit, energetic, and able to work at a fast-paced environment. This position involves repetitive tasks and may require heavy lifting and handling of loads up to 50 lbs. Duties include, but are not limited to:

Heavy lifting

Clear fields of wood and stones

Grade vegetables into different grades according to size, shape, colour and volume to fetch high price in market

Hand harvesting vegetables

Plant, cultivate and irrigate crops

Tie and secure plants

Weeding

Harvest crops
